Positive: The resort is located on the Beach side of the road. Direct access to the beach. The grounds are private and quiet. The staff are very friendly. The pool is clean and warm.
Negative: An Ice machine, even if it had to be outside, would be a nice improvement. I was able to make ice using the provided trays in the refrigerator in the room.
Summary: Well worth it.

Positive: The location is a gem! It's small compared to surrounding buildings with AMAZING beach access. It's also on a quiet (sans construction) very walkable street. Management was also very accomidating with my check in. It's quirky and adorable and met all my needs! I hope it lives forever.
Negative: Management has put a lot of effort to inform guests about policies, it was just a lot to keep track of ahead of time on a road trip... it will benefit you to stay attentive.
